  1. Important Changes to Auto Insurance in Ontario, Effective September 1, 2010

    The Ontario government has recently announced substantial changes to the auto insurance system which are scheduled to take effect September1, 2010.  Click here to read about the changes that could affect you.

     

    In antipation of the changes Oatley, Vigmond hosted a webinar on March 24, 2010.  This webinar is specifically designed to educate health care professionals on the new Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) regulations which come into effect on September 1, 2010.     Oatley, Vigmond will also be hosting a 1/2 workshop on Thursday April 29, 2010 at Timberwolf Golf in Sudbury.  We will review changes to the Ontario Automobile Insurance Legislation and Ontario Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule.     Jim Vigmond and Tim Boland will be co-chairing "A Series of Demonstrations and Presentations" at the New Lawyers Division Primer - Jury Trial Practice from A to Verdict.
