Michelle Han

Michelle joined Oatley, Vigmond in September, 2011 as an associate lawyer, and is a dedicated member of Jim Vigmond’s team. Michelle’s practice concentrates on personal injury law, accident benefits, motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, occupiers’ liability and product liability cases.

Michelle received her undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Western Ontario, and she obtained her Juris Doctor thereafter from the University of Calgary in 2010. She articled at a general practice law firm in downtown Calgary where, among other practice areas, she represented both plaintiff and defence clients.

Michelle is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Law Society of Alberta, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.

When she is not practicing law, Michelle is an amateur pianist and avid classical music lover. She also speaks Korean.
