Brian M. Cameron
Brian joined Oatley, Vigmond in 1999 and became a partner in 2008. He represents people who have sustained serious injuries and the families of those who have died.
Robert M. Durante
Robert joined Oatley, Vigmond in 1997 and he became a partner in 2008. He restricts his practice to plaintiff personal injury matters including serious personal injury and death claims as well as accident benefits, disability and product liability claims.
Michelle Han
Michelle recently joined Oatley, Vigmond in September, 2011 as an associate lawyer, and is a dedicated member of Jim Vigmond’s team. Michelle’s practice concentrates on personal injury law, accident benefits, motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, occupiers’ liability and product liability cases.
Meredith Harper
Meredith is a dedicated member of Roger Oatley’s team, helping individuals and family members of those who have been seriously injured or killed. Meredith’s focus lies exclusively in personal injury law: accident benefits, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, occupiers’ liability and product liability cases.
Ian Hu
Ian is dedicated to helping clients obtain fair compensation for their injuries. After completing a Master's degree in philosophy at the University of Toronto Ian obtained his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School.
Ian also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
Troy H. Lehman
Troy joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2010. Before joining Oatley, Vigmond Troy gained valuable experience working as defence counsel in personal injury cases at one of Canada’s largest law firms.
Adam R. Little
As a partner at Oatley, Vigmond, Adam believes that achieving exceptional results in personal injury claims requires creativity, dedication, perseverance and hard work. He strives to apply those qualities on behalf of all his clients. Since his call to the Bar in 2002, Adam has dedicated his practice to obtaining compensation for motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, occupiers' liability claims and other insurance disputes.
Ryan A. Murray
Ryan joined Oatley, Vigmond in 2006. He became a partner in 2012. Prior to joining Oatley, Vigmond Ryan gained valuable experience working for a respected Toronto personal injury litigation firm, where he represented both insurance companies and plaintiffs.

A. Eve Rogers
Following her graduation from the University of British Columbia (B.A., Hons.), Eve studied law at the University of Tasmania, Australia, where she received her law degree, with honours, in 2006. While at law school, Eve gained valuable advocacy and negotiation skills by competing at the international and national level in negotiation and mock trial competitions.
Drew R. Sinclair
Drew is an associate with Oatley, Vigmond. Drew is developing a personal injury practice dedicated to clients who have suffered serious injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and other acts of negligence.
Shenthuran Subramaniam
Shen is dedicated exclusively to representing individuals and family members of those who have been seriously injured or killed. Shen's practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, occupiers' liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. Shen also speaks Tamil. William J. Teggart
Bill Teggart is dedicated to representing people who have suffered serious injuries. Throughout his career he has represented adults and children who have suffered brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and orthopaedic injuries. Through mediation and trial, he has helped hundreds of injured people and their families recover the money they need to replace lost income and fund their accident-related healthcare expenses.
James L. Vigmond
Jim was called to the Bar in 1983. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (1978) and Queen's University Law School (1981). His practice is restricted to serious personal injury, wrongful death, disability and medical malpractice cases. He has been certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in civil litigation.
