Following her graduation from the University of British Columbia (B.A., Hons.), Eve studied law at the University of Tasmania, Australia, where she received her law degree, with honours, in 2006.  While at law school, Eve gained valuable advocacy and negotiation skills by competing at the international and national level in negotiation and mock trial competitions.  Eve was a member of the Executive Committee of the Tasmanian University Law Society for 2005 and 2006.  On her return to Ontario, she articled with a law firm in Toronto. 

Since joining Oatley, Vigmond in 2009, Eve has devoted her practice to personal injury and wrongful death cases involving motor vehicle collisions, medical negligence, occupier’s liability and other insurance matters.  She is dedicated to achieving outstanding results on behalf of all her clients.

Eve is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Advocates’ Society.  Eve also serves as a board member of the Elizabeth Fry Society of Simcoe County and volunteers at the Barrie Out of the Cold Program.
