Annette obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006. After her call to the Bar, she joined Oatley, Vigmond as an associate. Annette focuses her practice on personal injury claims, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, fatality claims, long term disability claims and accident benefit claims. She has gained valuable experience in the area of plaintiff personal injury litigation, assisting individuals who have suffered serious injury and disability.

Prior to law school, she worked as a litigation paralegal with a personal injury law firm in Hamilton, Ontario for seven years.

Annette has been a presenter at the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association conferences and has written for The Litigator.

Annette is currently a member of the Simcoe County Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates' Society and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Annette is also on the Board of Directors at MADD Canada Barrie/Simcoe Chapter.
