Ian is dedicated to helping clients obtain fair compensation for their injuries. After completing a Master's degree in philosophy at the University of Toronto Ian obtained his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School. As a law student Ian worked in the Worker's Rights Group at Parkdale Community Legal Services. After completing his law degree Ian articled at a leading Toronto litigation law firm where he represented injured plaintiffs as well as insurance companies. Ian's practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, occupiers' liability, wrongful death and medical negligence. As a member of Oatley, Vigmond Ian's practice is restricted to representing seriously injured accident victims. He greatly enjoys finding satisfying solutions for his clients.

Ian also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
