Shen is dedicated exclusively to representing individuals and family members of those who have been seriously injured or killed.  Shen’s practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, occupiers’ liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases.

 

In 2005, Shen obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from York University.  Shen received his Masters of Business Administration degree and law degree from the University of Windsor in 2009.  While in law school, Shen volunteered and worked at the Faculty of Law's legal clinic in the areas of Criminal Law, Landlord and Tenant disputes, Provincial Offences Court and Small Claims Court.  After completing his articling term with Oatley, Vigmond, Shen joined Roger Oatley’s team as an associate.  

 

Shen is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto, and the Advocates’ Society.
