Troy's practice is entirely devoted to helping people with serious personal injuries. His practice includes motor vehicle collision cases, medical negligence cases, occupiers' liability cases and wrongful death cases. Troy joined Oatley, Vigmond in 2006 after gaining valuable experience working for five years as defence counsel in medical malpractice cases. Before that, Troy was a top student at the University of Western Ontario law school. He obtained the highest marks of all University of Western Ontario law students in the Bar Admission Course. Troy works with Roger Oatley on cases involving brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and serious orthopedic trauma. Troy takes great satisfaction in helping people with these significant injuries obtain fair compensation.
