Gayle T. Brock

Gayle joined Oatley, Vigmond in 1996. She concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation and, in particular, serious personal injury and medical malpractice claims. She received her Honours B.A. from York University in 1988, and her LL.B. from The University of Western Ontario in 1992 where she was awarded the Cassels, Brock & Blackwell Centennial Prize in Practice Skills.

Ian Hu

Ian is dedicated to helping clients obtain fair compensation for their injuries. After completing a Master's degree in philosophy at the University of Toronto Ian obtained his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School. As a law student Ian worked in the Worker's Rights Group at Parkdale Community Legal Services.

Adam R. Little

As a partner at Oatley, Vigmond, Adam believes that achieving exceptional results in personal injury claims requires creativity, dedication, perseverance and hard work. He strives to apply those qualities on behalf of all his clients. Since his call to the Bar in 2002, Adam has dedicated his practice to obtaining compensation for motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, occupiers’ liability claims and other insurance disputes.

A. Eve Rogers

Eve is an associate with Oatley, Vigmond. Since joining Oatley, Vigmond in 2009, Eve has devoted her practice to personal injury and wrongful death cases involving motor vehicle collisions, medical negligence, occupier’s liability and other insurance matters. She is dedicated to achieving outstanding results on behalf of all her clients.

James L. Vigmond

Jim was called to the Bar in 1983. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (1978) and Queen's University Law School (1981). His practice is restricted to serious personal injury, wrongful death, disability and medical malpractice cases. He has been certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in civil litigation.

Jim is an instructor at Queen’s University Law School where he teaches Personal Injury Advocacy.

Jim was voted by his peers to be among The Best Lawyers in Canada for 2008 and 2009.

Brian M. Cameron

Brian joined Oatley, Vigmond in 1999 and became a partner in 2008. He represents people who have sustained serious injuries and the families of those who have died. His practice focuses on resolving claims arising out of motor vehicle collisions, boating injuries, occupiers' liability claims and products liability issues. Brian was named "Outstanding Young Lawyer" by his peers in the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association in May of 2008.

Annette D. Jansen

Annette obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006. After her call to the Bar, she joined Oatley, Vigmond as an associate. Annette focuses her practice on personal injury claims, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, fatality claims and accident benefit claims.

Ryan A. Murray

A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Ryan joined Oatley, Vigmond after practicing with a respected Toronto personal injury litigation firm, where he represented both insurance companies and plaintiffs. As a law student, Ryan worked in the legal department of a major Canadian insurance company.

Drew R. Sinclair

Drew is an associate with Oatley, Vigmond. Drew is developing a personal injury practice dedicated to clients who have suffered serious injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and other acts of negligence.

Robert M. Durante

Robert joined Oatley, Vigmond in 1997 and he became a partner in 2008. He restricts his practice to plaintiff personal injury matters including serious personal injury and death claims as well as accident benefits, disability and product liability claims. Robert has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.

Troy H. Lehman

Troy's practice is entirely devoted to helping people with serious personal injuries. His practice includes motor vehicle collision cases, medical negligence cases, occupiers' liability cases and wrongful death cases. Troy joined Oatley, Vigmond in 2006 after gaining valuable experience working for five years as defence counsel in medical malpractice cases.

William J. Teggart

Bill Teggart is dedicated to representing people who have suffered serious injuries.
